Wat is the right humidity levels for a grow room of a size at 4.5x8ft, MH 600w, HPS 600w

Jus found some info on humidty, it says between 40-60% at all times is this accurate?

40-60% Humidty is the guideline when your plants are flowering. A Humidity range of 60-70% is advisable for vegative growth, and a higher range of 80-95% for clones.
