Humidity during flower/match temp for vpd or stay low?

Hey everyone, I need some advice.

In running a 6inch AC infinity fan and a dehumidifier as exhausts along with 5 fans in my 4x4 tent and still the temperature hits 85°.

My question is, should I be using a VPD chart amd matching it for my temperature, or should I be keeping my humidity low as everything ive read says to keep it under 50%, but that doesn't match the temperature in my tent.

I really don't want mold or mildew to start, so right now it's at 50%...what is the right thing to do?

I would be more concerned with RH during flower than matching RH to temps. If you don’t have an AC such as myself, but RH is an issue like it is for me...then control the RH. You have the dehumidifier. In my experience, keeping the dehumidifier at 45% during flower helped a lot. Frequently the temps rose but the real impact was temp + humidity. Removing the humidity solved my issue and I wasn’t able to control the temp more than what you have described but was still successful.

Thanks for the reply and advice! I am keeping my dehumidifier set at 45% so it should keep things right where they need to be for beginning week 7 of flower...

Everything turned out GREAT! Im curing about 12 ounces of buds that are the quality I spend 60$ an eighth for at the dispensaries here. Im honestly feeling blessed and couldn't have done it without the help of everyone here. Thank you guys!

I have 4 more ladies I've been vegging for 40 days ready to flip anytime now. I can't wait to see how they turn out

So did you keep your RH low throughout flower and ignore the VPD chart?
In a similar situation and was wondering what I should do and then I stumbled on this thread.
I’m going to assume I want the RH under 50 regardless what the VPD chart says
