humidity dome FAQ's

Never used one before. just sprouted 3 seeds in there, more are on the way. do i just leave the babies in there like a nursery? take it off everynow and then? please &thankyou:leaf:

Cool. You leave the domes on as the humidity encourages it to shed it's seed casing. Much safer than tryng to remove them by hand (seems like a good idea when you see it hung off the end on a cotyledon, but can cause massive damage). You may want to put the domes back on for the first couple of nights then any nights the temps drop below 50f for the first week.
It's all about gentle transition when the plant is in this delicate stage. Changing the environment to the next stage

I'd remove it and keep it off, get the light close to the plant, as close as you can without any damage, if light is too far above it, the plant will grow like a vine and wirey. A lot of people think this is normal for a new plant, but it stretches a lot in an effort to get to the light. For low nodes and short internodal spacing you will want to nail this transition.
