Humidity Dome and Seedlings

I am a first-timer. My seedlings just sprouted out of the rockwool. I have them in a humidity dome. I have the flouros on them, but I am worried I can't get the lights close enough to prevent stretching. Do I still need the dome at this point?

You don't need the humidity dome at this stage in fact it's probably better you take them out of it. Seedlings really don't require an awful lot of light so early in their life, so as long as the fluoro is the correct CCT ie 6,400k rather than 2,700k 6 inches to 12 inches away at this stage should be fine. As they get older however, you will need to lower that light down.
