Humidity control?

Hi guys I'm running inkbird humidity controller. Now with two dehumidifiers in my 4x4 tent, Going through some crazy weird weather atm my outside humidity is 93% and my tent is struggling to get under 65% (Hopefully abit better now with the addition of another dehumidifier)

What are some methods you guys use I'm week 2 of flower and planning to do my last lollipopping and light defoliation at end of stretch phase would this lower RH in the tent?

good airflow is critical. I am a bit confused as to why you'd need 2 dehumidifiers.. I'm guessing they are small/not very powerful? I have an Arctic King that will take a full sized room down to any rH I want regardless of ambient.

One of them is only a 2.2l collection tray and doesn't have a drain hose so I figured getting another cheap one for the moment will help it from spiking when I can't empty it

ahhh, that makes sense. mine has a drain port for a hose so I don't need to worry about emptying when I'm not around. Best advice I can give you is maximum airflow (not just extraction, circulation is critical too) and do your best to prevent overcrowding that will result in microclimates.

You can't dehumidify a tent. You must dehumidify the room it's in.

It's easier on the dehumidifier. Use the recovered water for feeds.

If I humidify, I do it in the tent. If I'm de-humidifying, I dehumidify the air outside the tent and use my intake/exhaust fans draw in the dry air and remove the humid air inside the tent.

For example, left to its own, it's over 70% inside the tent due to plant expiration & the soil (bags) evaporating water. Outside the tent, the air is 40%. Right now I have my fan controllers triggered to accelerate if the humidity is above 58%. Right now it's sitting in the 58-60% range in tent.
