humidity and temp levels

I noticed my humidity levels have gone up in my room. I'm on my last week on vegging...room temp is steady at 75 degrees and the humidity is between 50% - 60% humidity. Im aware you want a higher humidity level when vegging...however is 50% - 60% ok for flowering?

Thanks. :leaf:

I am rather new myself but I would try to lower the humidity another 10-20%, If not make 100% sure you have really good ventilation. The less chance for bud rot/mold the better. Best of luck to you buddy

Just don't let humidity get above 60% and you shouldn't have anything to worry about. Are you growing hydro or soil? The grow light and fans should keep rh in check buddy

growing in soil with a one 600w hid.

My ventilation is based on a cooled hood fan..I have a 240cfm booster fan acting as the exhaust...then I have a floor fan as intake and one ocilating fan...thinking about adding another fan or two.

Sounds similar to my setup, like silky mentioned if you can keep rh 50 or less you'll be fine, are you @ 50 most of the time or closer to 60 most of the time?

if running higher than 55/60% in flower, just make sure you have plenty of air movement. In my 5x10x6.5 tent with 2x 600w hps lights and even running a portable A/C I still get r/h readings of 50-65% daily.

Right now I have my plant reaching humidity levels around 45% during daylight but at night it climbs to 60+% as long as the air is moving I think I'm ok. I think I may buy a dehumidifier just as a precaution. I don't want to mess things up now.

adding a dehumidifier will also add more heat. just a heads up.

ive got about 2 yrs of growing under my belt. my avg r/h levels (like I mentioned above) are 45-65%. ive never had any issues. air movement is the key.

I figured I'd put the dehumidifier out side the tent so it would be dry air going in and the heat from the unit would not be an issue. That should work, I hope. Lol. Either way I have decent air flow. I hope dak gets his figured out. Good luck bud
