witha humidity that low the plants wont get much water through their leaves so you might want to spray a small quantity on the plant when the light is off so it creates no hot spots..
I live in bone-dry desert and my plants seem to be perfectly fine. I water about once every 3-4 days. I use the method from the Buds for Less book. Calls for water until you get run off, let it sit for 30-60 min and then water again. If you wanna check out plants see my journal in sig. 30 days old in last update.
thats my first grow. I have 2'' by 5'' by 5'' vegetative grow room that i build and i have 8 two week old plants that i keep in the tray where humidity is close to 100%. They are about 1 to 2 inches tall. 4 big buds 4 afghan plants. i thought to my self, afghan plants from Afghanistan where its even dryer then in colorado. So do i need humidifier or i will be fine with out it??
where i live I have lower humidity also,(30-40%) I bought a humidifier form walmart, and try to keep mine at 50-60%. I cant say that i have noticed a difference with mine tho. 10-20% would be awsome for budding tho.
