Humidifier

Okay so my tent has a carbon filter in the inside hooked up to an inline fan on the outside exhausting the air out. I have an air purifier on the inside also for a cool breeze on my 3 plants. everything is looking fine but i was wondering, If i put a really small (like an infant sized) humidifier blowing into the air purifier which will then direct it at my plants, is that a good idea?? Tent 36x20x60.T5 and some CFL spirals in tent.

Purchase a hydrometer. It's a must have in the garden to help maintain an optimal growing environment. They are cheap and avail all over the place.
If the humidity is good after the meter reading, obviously you don't need a humidifier.
If the humidity is too low and you do decide to add a humidifier, I would not run it through the air purifier do to the moisture concentration coming directly out of the humidifier unit. Excessive moisture could cause issues with the internal electrical components of the purifier.
Just my $.02
