Humboldt Blue Dream new growth leaves are light green

Your soil plant looks like it's suffering from pH issues at a minimum. I'd start there.

Why do that? You said you wanted to experiment ('test'). So why not run your test? I'm not saying not to. All I'm saying is, growing a plant in coco is different than growing one in soil. They prefer different things so you're bound to have issues if you're treating them all the same. Never the less, have some fun and learn something...that's what this hobby is about.

well coco is inert. meaning it doesnt have any fertilizer in it. yellow leaves are also a sign that a plant needs fertilizer.
