Yes, but they do not ship to the states. You would have to get their strains thru the seedbay or the seedboutique if you are in the states. I have fem. Ice going now and they are looking pretty good. Good luck. oleschool

anyone ordered from them?
I've not ordered from them but I know people who have and have had no problems with them. And I think one person had some hermies with them but I think all feminised seeds produce hermies if you're unlucky as I've heard the same for Dutch Passions feminsed as well.

That's the one problem with feminised seeds you need to keep an eye out for - hermies which are more common with feminised than standard seeds.

from my reading i think i remember this... feminised seeds are made when male flowers are forced to be produced on a truly female plant ( i think some sort of chemical or hormone is applied for this to happen) the pollen from that flower is used to pollenate the other female flowers present on the plant. this means the seeds created technically have only dna of that female plant... thusly producing more females once germinated.... but yes, more hermies too... can anyone back this up?

yes ive heard theyre more liable to herminess. but... i guess youll end up with (hopefully) a better female to hermie ratio than you would see female to male otherwise...?

Yes, that's pretty much correct.

The reason feminised seeds produce more hermies than standard seeds is because a feminised seed can only be female or hermaphrodite genetically, it cannot be male, whereas standard seeds can only be genetically male or female, not hermaphrodite which can only be caused by partial sex reversal by phenotype or environmental factors, which also applies to feminsed seeds.

So feminised seeds are much more likely to produce hermaphrodites because they can do so genetically and phenotypically whereas standard seeds can only do so phenotypically or influenced by environmental factors.

Oh yeah definitely.

Feminised seeds on average should produce a 80-90% ratio of females to hermaphrodites. So you're looking at something like a 0-2 figure in each grow.

Whereas the male to female ratio of standard seeds is on average 50% so most people will get a 50/50 mix of females to males and the law of averages will work so now and again some people will get 100% males and some will get 100% females and all the different variations inbetween!

So yeah much better ratio for feminised, but keep a watchful eye out for those hermies, if you don't spot them and they're not always easy to spot they can very easily pollinate a lot of your females.
