DUDE HE GOT A FREE UPGRADE FROM 250 WATTS TO 400 WATTS!

I would love to pay the 250w price and get a 400w price just because they where out of stock.

when they offered an upgrade, that was keeping him happy and keeping hes business with htg.

They didn't want his money to go else where so they said hey here is a great deal.

Lets face it! no company is 100% perfect things happen and when a company is making a big change in such a short time things go wrong.

they have to pay a call center now to take emails and phone calls. They have people working for them that may not give a turd ... who knows?

it used to be great when he was smaller and did ship out of the one PA store front.

you could call and speak to the owner and it just made you feel good.

that's why I mostly deal with local guys now.

one on one plus i don't grow Pot so i have no worry's of the next "black Thursday."

i really don't need to shred anyone, they all speak for themselves.

they never tried to work with me. i was told by people on this forum that i needed to call THEM. they simply ignored me. :clap:
guess that's my fault though.

Is it just me or does only half of the HTG site work? Like i click tents and it goes to blank and most of the lights are blank too and alot of other stuff. Is it just me?
Same thing happens to me, I assume they're just updating their inventory and it'll take some time to get everything listed again.

im sorry but 150 more watts isnt going to matter that much with cool tubes and a 250cfm fan running as far as heat goes

I can agree. I had the same issue with them when i ordered my HPS. the site worked well but the shipping and reasons for the delay were pathetic. They had my money for 7 days before i got a tracking number. Only got that after emailing them twice to kindly remind them that i placed an order and they had my money and i had nothing, not even a tracking number. I could have understood if it was out of stock or something but dont tell me you are gonna ship it out the next day cause you are "backed up" and not ship it till a week later.

I recently purchased a 435 cfm inline fan from https://www.plantlightinghydroponics.com/ got it 2 days and paid for 3 day shipping. I will buy the rest of my gear there from here they are great and have good prices.
