Item EBAY 120468554412....this pos in the description refers to it as a microscope at 30X...I have loops that go 40X. Then the pos has the nerve to ask $10.97 for shipping and 12.95 for the Chinese crap..it is under the name Growbright..anouther label you should avoid. I you are totally new to growing the last thing you need is pieces of shit POS, like this...the learning curve can be steep enough without this crap.:evil:.. its time to keep a discussion on the rip offs not to mention how to spot one...85% of you out there knows that LED is worthless....and anyone selling it.....damned right...a POS!

Damn someone is mad.
I had nothing but good results using htg.I have a growbright tent,growbright t5 light fixture,growbright hps shit damn near everything is growbright.If i ever had a problem like a light bulb blowing or zipper breaking you know what they do send you another one and wait for you to return the old stuff now if that is not good customer service i would hate to find out what is.

Not to mention they have about the cheapest light on the net and fast and discreet shipping.I always ordered on tuesday and get my order that friday.

If anyone thinks HTG(supply) is good, I will be happy to list my 600W on Ebay...it only has 400 hours on it....better yet..if you know someone that is deaf or lives in another zip code...this could be the opportunity of a life time...it takes both MH and HPS...not to mention the same hearing protection you would need at a shooting range.

Which 600 you have the growbright?That sounds crazy..I have a 400 watt and 150 that is quiet in my bedroom and i sleep with ease.Call them explain whats going on they are good business people im quite sure they can do something.

I am listing a bunch of stuff come October and that item will be one of them....really though..$32 for a 30X? If you live in a small town I guess your stuck with Ebay...all I can say is stay away from electronics,...tents, hoses, your OK....but there is such a thing as a silent ballast. Fortunately I have 3 hydroshops within a 30 minute drive. Jollygreenhydro.com, has a Dallas store and they sell 100X microscope for under $20.

Eh, my ballast makes literally no noise at all bro. So, I have to disagree with you on that.

It vibrates a little.. but its at such a high rate.. such a high Mhz that you don't really hear it unless it comes in contact with something.. or if something comes loose like a little screw or something.

But yeah, seriously mine makes absolutely no noise at all.

HTG is the harbor freight of the grow industry. I never buy their crap. I only get real branded products in that place. Like can-fan, fox farms and nutes...rest of their stuff is complete junk

Poor construction, damage and age can lead to the plates inside a magnetic ballast becoming loose enough that they vibrate and make a buzzing noise. Thats all i can offer otherwise it should be reasonablly quiet or quiet enough not to piss you off. My digi is silent although i havent ever presses my ear right up against one yet.

This thread is six years old. My first HPS was a 250w HTG and is still perfectly sound but I'm all cob and led now. No, not HTG leds.

Wow that never happens that i miss the thread date, HTG was actually crap back then and if i remember ripped off a load of customers. One place ive never used because of that.

FWIW, Ive never had a problem with my dealings with HTG supply.

Other than the employees getting douchey when I mentioned the word "sativa" lol, but oh well.
