HTG and shipping ??????????

Well i placed a order at HTG a week and a half ago and my order is still under review. Ship in 24 hours my ass. anyone else have this problem??

I don't know how you paid, but if your billing address is input incorrectly, it will cause delays. Call 'em up, talk to Tony, he'll sort it for you. You've purchased from a solid company, IMHO.

i bet it will come and the tracking is wrong on it. they have been great on shipping always for me.

wow strange indeed, i found them great to do buisness with and they ship as much as they can by priorty us mail saving lotsa money in the end.

I ordered some shit 5 days before christmas and recieved all before christmas. Had a problem with a bulb gave Tony a call and BAM new bulb at my door. HTG rocks you might need to give him a call and see whats going on

I too had a bad bulb and called and talked to Tony, and a new bulb is on its way. I order all my stuff from HTG.

ok well im ganna call because this is bullshit, sent 3 e-mails over the last week and havnt got a responce. checked bank and money has been paid. im pissed

Backordered? Maybe they were waiting to get their stock replenished on that item. The guys above them are usually a lot slower at things.
