Looking to get an HPS. wondering which wattage would be best.. im planning to start with about 4 or 5 plants.. but maybe more.. if i order a 250 watt and want to upgrade to 400 watt all i have to do is buy the bulb?

No you need a 400w ballest for the bulb. Chech the grow FAQ it will tell you how much it all costs, Go with the 400w but remeber those are hot as hell and you will need some ventalation
