So ive been using a 400w hps for most of this grow. Well it decided it wanted to fuck up on day 18 of flowering. today is day 21 and i cant seem to get the problem fixed, so i went out and bought the biggest cfls i could find. i got 3 65w, there supposed to equal 300w. The box says they put off 3900 lumens and are 2700k soft white. i have a few tubes im going to put up as well. Is this going to be enough to keep my buds growing big and healthy. They were starting to look so nice. lots of pistols, starting to sparkle and what not.

It all depends on what sized area you are using & the diversity in plant height. Below is a chart i found online, might give u some ideas till u get your hps fixxed. is it just the bulb or your ballast? you got a fuse on your ballast? if its a bulb lowes, home depot carry the 50k lum 400w hps generic bulbs. Def don't consider things lost :) you can pull it off.
