HPS or LED, Which Tans U Faster

Hey guys spending so much time in the grow room lately just trying to kill 2 birds w one stone and get my summer bod before swim suit season. And so which lights would be most useful for my plants but mainly my skin melanin. Thanks for the ideas & helping me on my tan path

Buy stand up sun bed, supplement with grow lights, move plants inside, run it all = winning

I could be wrong but I think UVB is what actually gives you a tan. And hps are actually kinda low. I would say MH bare bulb would be best, but even then no.. Lol nice idea..

Don't forget the sunglasses tho

MH would be most effective, but time and money wouldn't be worth it. 9mins under a prop sun bed around here is less than £4 so....

If I spend 100% of my time in my grow tent, I would have 0% of my time to travel to a prop sun bed, & don't really want to invest in a large UV tanning bed.
