Hps light problem

I found 2 Philips 100w ceramalux in a thrift shop for like 2 bucks and they look new too me. There was a third but it looked like it burnt out or something. The side has a warning that states that it has to be used in a fixture designed for hps and I don't have one. Can you rig something up or do I have to buy something?

Look up 125 watt hps mini grow light i.thing its htcgrow .com or something it has a built in ballast for like 65$ with the bulb
