hps ballast into regular timer

hi guys! how do you plug a hps system into a timer that has no ground socket or plug. the hps power cord obviously comes with a three pin plug.

There are many ways to do this. None of them safe. The most cost effective and safe way would be to get a plug adapter. three bucks at lowes

my bad guys, i did find a grounded timer at walmart. thanx for your replies tho.
