HPS Ballast Cord Adaptor

I bought this on ebay a while ago and now want to start using it, however the cooltube that I want to use with it has a different connection. The first 2 pictures are of the ballast I have and the third is a picture of what I need my connection to be. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

yes, there is.. i had to get one for my chord and ballast.. my chord system had a different plug on it than my ballast did..

This specific adaptor has 3 small circular inputs. The end I have on my cord is 3 flat inputs. I don't think this will work. I was looking at these today. The thing is I can't find anything about this ballast...

no problem.. i ran into the same thing.. i was all upset thinking that my hood and ballast weren't compatible, but after doing a lil research, i found this gem, and its fairly cheap, and it works great thus far..

this is pretty much the only link i can find for the sunway digi ballast.. hope it helps you out some, but not too sure if it will,, good luck..

Thanks but I already searched today online to try and find something that will convert this. I might have to cut another cord to get the correct connector and connect it to my current cable. Does anyone know if I could do this? Any electricians? Thanks

i know that there used to be a thread called something like, bored electrician here to answer all your electrical ?;s.. maybe he could help you out,, i think the dudes name is brick if that helps.. not brick top, just plain old brick..

i had the same problem so i just to home lowes and got 2 whole new ends, a female and a male that would fit the wiring and amount of electicity. 12a should be good. then you just cut off the old plugs, strip the wires and put them in the new plugs. use elctricle tape if need be (you probably won't need it.) and there ya go.

Thanks for the suggestion. But could I still use this connector and do the same thing with it. It is only $6.00 and I could just twist them together and soder and tape it up. Are you knowledgable on wiring? http://www.innovativelights.com/ss-903090.html
