You also have what appears to be bananas present in buds? Though could just be lighting.

Do you see yellow pistils that are not hairs?
Hard to see clearly in pic, could just be the lighting.
Post another clear pic of tops.

The hairs are thick on this bud. Not all of them have changed yet but the thirhomes are getting amber

Usually genetics or Stress, going to long can also induce them. Plant goes into self preservation mode and will throw out nannners as a last effort to pollinate.

which is Different that a hermie, which has both male and female parts.

Ya probably just the lighting.
