Howdy from someplace in Colorado, in the high desert wasteland.
Dino Bone is a reference to the full size, Beef Short Ribs that I like to cook with a small, slow burning indirect smoky fire. ( Proper BBQ ) I have also been known to Cure Pastrami and Canadian Bacon.
I am a first timer with an LED glow Panel 45, 125 watt CFL, fan, and humungous air pump. Half Soil / Half Bubble bucket. Blueberry, unknown bagseed, and autoflowr Green Crack I am nursing back from a nutrient burn grave.
