How to water newly transplanted clones?

I have a batch of new clones that came in oasis cubes that are 1.5" x 1.5". I just transplanted them into 4x4 square pots with hydroton yesterday, the cubes have about a 1/2" of roots poking out. My set up for veg is a 4x4 table set up with flood and drain. Im curious how often and how high I should be flooding these little guys. Im afraid of getting the oasis cubes soaking wet, I have had issues with soggy rockwool in the past. My PH is 5.8, 350 ppm (@.5), temp is 75f and RH is 72%. Thanks!

you need to get water to the roots if you want top feed for a week to get the roots to grow more
