Here is the lemon D 4 or 5 days into bloom, potting soil is ocean forrest, coast of maine stonnington blend, 100% worm castings and all my big 20 gal bloom pots get 15lbs of super soil... everything starts as a clone in a pete plug, then to a 1 gal, then to a 3 gal, then a 7 gal, then finally into the 20 gallon smart pot for bloom... i let the plant root bind in each container before uppotting to its next size (people may say there is no validity to this but a root bound plant uppotted to a container 3 times bigger will show you boosted root and veg growth like what you would see in dwc after changing the food and water in the res), the first 5lbs of super soil are amended into the 7gallon pot and the last 10lbs of it goes right into the bottom of the pot under the potting soil and boom big plant downside is super long veg time but if you ha e it timed properly you are still pushing these ladies out every 60 days with ladies on deck, i shoot for a 4 month veg minimum in soil... DWC will need less veg but id still push the veg out right to the max especially because you will be full RnD figuring out just how much to feed it and what it really likes... i just water and use dry granular amendments along the way either top dressed or mixed into my soil and the compost tea i foliar feed with every day in veg, once a week i water with tea both cycles veg and flower.
