How to use the reputation system???

Can anyone tell me how to use the reputation thing (+rep) ect. I have looked all over rollitup but cant find any instructions Thanks.

see the little scales on the top right of all of our posts? click on that, type a small message and leave your name so the person knows who is repping them. i just reped you, try it on me

Any blue ones you get are from people with a low post count, but once they reach a certain amount of posts, the points will count towards your rep. Red ones are negative rep. (these are seen on your "My Rollitup", where u can see who repped you)
