Its called a backcross or bx.
Ideally you find a male with similar traits if you're trying to not change the feminized strain too much and breed that with the fem female.
When you get those seeds you plant a bunch and hunt for a good male from that batch.
Then you use that male to breed back with the original feminized mother you used and want regular seeds of.
That will make a back cross of the strain. A bx can be almost exactly like the mom or fluctuate depending on the strains you use to make it, but they will be regular seeds and not fems.
