Thank you for the demonstration, very appreciated. I’m 4 weeks into flowering (plant sitting a neglected plant) I’m considering transplanting for more yield. The flowers are having trouble gaining bulk, my take is the pot is very undersized. I’m thinking to transplant plant dry, use your tips, also break out bottom and sides to prevent root damage and just set into well water medium. I’m growing with 4, 3000s, 54 w tubes. I know its late for a transplant, but can I with careful transplanting increase yield and plant performance? I also take it out to natural light, also on 12/12 light/dark...

I still use this technique to this day.

Would this method still apply if you were transplanting a plant you got off someone else, who was growing in a coco mix with bottled nutrients, but my medium is more of a coots mix type?
The reason I am asking here, is because the local grow shop owner recommended I shake most of the coco off the roots before I put it in the soil medium.
