you could tie them down, or if you can, scrog them. with the scrog, you won't be able to fill the screen since you're supposed to start in veg, but it'll control height.

ok cool. I guess I will try to tie them down after I chop down the dudes and get more space in there.

is there a good method of tie down you would prefer for plants that are already kind of big.

i don't start tying down until they're big. i begin in the last of veg, or first part of flower. tie the uppermost top down below the others, and watch the others start racing to be the top banana.

Ive never tried this on this type of plant but you could try bonsai technique . Simply remove the plant from its pot trim the roots, Its a chance i wouldnt take but you could try it
