How to stop airy fluffy buds

My last few plants buds were so airy an fluffy an looked identical to each plant yet one northern lights , blueberry lemon an critical fast bud all wind up looking same while hang drying ... I'm starting to wonder if its soil.. I grew blueberry lemon in superb soil from potforpot n it was official but after I used oceans forest happy frog mix n yet I'm doing something wrong

What light you useing?
whatu growing in?
what you feeding them?
the more info we have the better, it could be too little light or too much nitrogen during flowering, the more info the better

Ight so last grow temps were 73-86 day an night,night an early morning obv cool , humidity between 36-48 usually los 40s high 30s spyder 2000 (200) watts 6" exhaust 2 fans one top one floor, used oceans forest a happy frog mix in gro tent

Yea I have spyder 2000 but on 100% there's heat stress a lot temps go over 85-87 so I bin playing with light have a 32 watt full spec on plus spyder at 20% on dial please someone help me I'm wasting so much shit I dose super lemon haze with 1/2 teaspoon big bloom 1/2 teaspoon grow big n it burned her left little scars but doing better ... 2 fans 1 floor one top plus exhaust n vents plenty air flow plenty light . I think I may b harvesting to early n I kinda slacked off with nutes but they kept burning my babies n I'm using low doses n soil now is dakine420 on bottom with oceans forest mix then happy frog n light warrior on top with bioearth 5-4-2 mix into Epsom salts n mykos .. Thinking of getting gold leaf nutrient one step .. An or plant magic or liquid dirt n possibly change my soil to great lake or idk any ideas my brothers or sisters
