Did you build your system you use? If so, what kind of timer do you use to do such precise amounts of time? My cloner is just on a regular timer for 15 mins on 15 mins off lol
I built the system, but bought the timers.
I use cheap timers I got on Amazon. They allow 0.1 second adjustments.

There are several different sellers that offer the same module. The key thing I like about these is they use mosFET relays instead of mechanical relays.
The price has doubled since I got mine though.
There are times I wish it ad ,01 second intervals, but mostly 0.1 is fine. For example, with my current setup my timing has varried from .4 seconds ON up to 1.2 seconds ON time while I experiment with some new nozzles. It would be nice so go from .5 to .55 instead of all the way to .6, but its not a huge deal. Im happy saving the money over a more $$ timer. I bought 5 of these back then but havent had to replace any yet and its been about 18 months of full time use.
Here is one with a better price.
One thing about these is the interface is crap. The "instructions" leave a lot to be desired, but once you figure it out, they work well - for the price
