This is the one i bought. By all means if there is a more efficent one let me know. I use fox farms ocean forrest soil
That tester likely does not work and will read the same no matter where you test. Go try the soil outside or other plants - you’ll see if works or is same reading.

Are your plants showing any symptoms of ph imbalance? Do you bottle feed or use any amendments with ffof?

I use ffof w/recharge & molasses, no ph issues. You can use baking soda to raise ph quickly, if needed.

Need more info :weed:

I tested it in different soils and it changed. I have a couple leafes that are yellow tipped. But besides that not anything else. Just wanna make sure and be safe. This is my first grow ever.

Bluelabs soil pH pen. Its expensive.

If money is an issue get some regular old pH strips. They will get you in a ballpark.

Toss the tester. That meter is so inaccurate it’s not even worth tying to interpret what it says.

If you want to test soil PH, BlueLab makes soil probes for their pen and combo meters.

I strongly recommend just testing inflow pH and not trying to worry about the pH of the substrate.
