I have 8 projectors with 8 400w HPS lamps , now the screen of the projector will slightly be touching a large piece of wood , can this create fire? .

this will be the projector , the wood will be touching a little bit of the lower part of the screen corner .

is this dangerous?

Little bit, but I think you should try and be safe. Maybe snap up a few feet of some reflectix (mylar bubble wrap) if you want.

the corner of the projector screen will be sitting on the wood its like a big 5cm cubic wood
Should be fine, man. Try it out for a couple days. Keep a close eye. If shit goes pear shaped, try some reflectix like I was saying.

Propane is definitely cheaper than buying cans. Tougher to gauge your ppms, but better than nothing I guess. Tbh I would start worrying about co2 once you get everything else dialed in real solid, boss.
