How to prepare Male and Female Plants for cultivation

I see the larger male is getting big and spreading, i want to know should i keep it by the females. Also this is week 3 i believe. How can i prepare the male for seed i want seeds and bud for my grow

You're a long way from flowering, those are barely seedlings.
