Ryder? Does that mean its got lowryder in it? Autoflowering?
All you need is a male plant and a female plant flowering at the same time. The male pollen will be released from its sack and will stick onto the pistills of the female plant. You are pollinated. Then you just neeed to harvest later than if you were to smoke it as seeds take slighgtly longer to mature. It's that easy.

Ok - You could stress one of your female into a hermie, collect the pollen from the hermie [male] parts and pollinate another female with it - this is the only way you could do it... you'd have higher chances of female seeds from this, but also higher chances of hermie seeds - but you wouldnt have so many males to deal with.
But i wouldnt personally do it this way - i'd just wait untill i've got an AWESOME female and an AWESOME male, then cross them and grow out all the seeds and keep crossing the best untill it's stable. I've got my own sativa strain, must of back crossed it 5 or 6 times now, almost stable, although it's got ruderalis in it so some are autoflowering, some arnt.
You can use pretty much any 2 strains you like, some will work better than others though, but yeah, anything really. It'll be luck how the cross comes out though - it's hard work to get the right traight to come through each and every time.
also there gibberic acid or close to that cant really spell it heard its dangerous dont know how or if it was meant for the plants or humans but thats another way besides stressing your plants
