how to move my grow op

I have a pretty small grow (sog style plants about 1-2 feet tall). Im moving it next week because I have to. I was thinking of just packing everything up in a U-haul (about a 10-20 minute ride). Is there anything I should consider and any work arounds to such considerations? Is this idea just plain stupid?

please advise

sure try to make it the last thing to be packed and the first to be unpacked. just get it done and over with fast for minimal stress

I have a buddy that was on probation and he had a plant and had to move it and it was growing outside in a bucket, and he just put it in the back of his pick-up and put a trash can over it. I would just use trash cans if i were you, but it does depend on how many you have so...u-haul it if you have to.

I don't have any experience with moves, let alone any real grow experience, but I will advise you to exercise extreme caution when doing so, not merely for staying under the radar, but for the safety of your plants. I've heard too many horror stories of people introducing their indoor plants to outdoor conditions but very briefly with terrifying results; mostly with main-stems snapping because of the higher pressure wind conditions due to inadequate air movement in their grow. Make sure your plants can handle this high-stress activity, and above all, make sure they're secure and won't be moving around too much, and drive that U-Haul like it's a baby carriage.
