The baking temperature doesn't matter -- everything but the crispy shell of the brownie will stay under about 105*C, plus a few degrees, when baking. Why? It has to do with boiling point plateaus, steam, and thermodynamics. Far too stoned to explain, but you can verify with a meat thermometer.As was mentioned by others, heat will destroy your THC. Most brownie recipes call for baking at 350 or even 400 degrees; that is way too high. My wife is a chef and she says you can cook at a lower temp for longer and get the same result. I did it her way, cooking at about 275 until done, and they were great. Ok, not great as in the taste; they still tasted like shit, but I did get really baked and that was the only criteria. If I want good tasting brownies I don't put pot in them, simple as that.
