How to make a room sound/smell proof. living with 'rents

Guys, the struggle is real. Other than the obvious answer which is to move out, how do i make my room smell/sound proof? I live with my step-dad and mom, and while they're newly married they're... consumating. I can hear that shit and it's fucking terrible. On the other hand i'd like to listen to my music and have sex with my gf while they not hear it. Also, i'm going to be here for another 6 months before I trek out on my own, and i'd like to smoke in my room without having to turn the fan on full blast and open up the window. I have a "smoking buddy," the thing you blow in to that takes the smell away, but man bud's stinky and i have pipes out. what can i use to totally difuse the smell. Any help is welcome! thanks guys

tell your parents you smoke weed and that you are going to also grow weed in your room and tell them when you bring your gf over the only reason you do so is to bang her and that they should just leave you alone and mind their own business. that will solve all the problems

Whose house is it? Mom's or step dad's? If it's mom's house, you should know what to do

I think every possible option has been covered here regarding the smell of smoke, but the girlfriend issue gas been overlooked.

1) move the bed a little away from the wall so it doesn't bang again it while you consummate

2) If she's a screamer, as much of a pity as it is to do so, you're gonna have to gag her.

3) if you're a screamer she'll be happy to gag you. Boys shouldn't scream. It's not sexy.

4) you can probably cover both issues of smoke and noise if you get her to hang out of the window while you consummate and smoke.

If you let your step dad bang your gf, he may let you do what you like. Worked for me when I was a kid. If your girl is an ugg-o and dad won't hit it, you can get a carbon filter/fan combo that will both hide the pot smell and muffle your girl's screams. Let us know how it goes...
