How to 'like' posts, or what level do you have to be to do that?

I don’t have an exact answer but I feel after about 2 weeks I was able to start liking posts. Being active I’ve heard speeds things up but I only had like 3 reaction score and 8 trophy points when I was able to start liking. Hope that helps somewhat
