How to HELP on booster

I'm going to be staring a new grow and here's my design so far. I'm probably going to buy one of these fans as well. This will be tied to a cool tube (600w dimmable to 450w lumatek)and I was wondering:
1. how should i wire it up? i have an a/c unit cord that i could use. its a nice heavy gauge
2. how loud are these things?

why wont anyone answer. i used to love this site

how should you wire the fan up or evreything up?

other than that i'm not sure what you're asking... by that i mean i don't know what kind of fan you're talking about

i have pc fans wired up already. how to wire up the booster fan? would a 6" inline fan booster be loud as shit? should the fan pull air from the bulb and force it out, or blow cold air from outside over the bulb and draw it through the base side and out the ducting that way? Sorry if i wasn't clear

fan pull air better than they push it

as for loud... some are some aren't... plus i don't have one so i can't say...
