How to grow from seed in hydroponics?

Im growing weed for my first time and have a relatively small place to do it.
My current set up is a cabinet which measures 25cm x 50cm and is 60cm tall.
Im using 4 cfls:
(3) cfl 2700k 65watts
(1) cfl 6400k 65watts
to grow 2-4 plants in an ebb and flow hydroponics system.
My growing medium is rockwool or hyrdoton rock and I am going to use sensi grow+bloom as my nutes.

I am planning on growing an autoflowering strain as I have limited time to grow.
(low ryder#2, low ryder diesel ryder or short ryder)

How do I start off my seeds to germinate? Do I let the seeds crack and then put them into my hydroponics system or do I put it in from the start?
Is the lighting sufficient enough to grow an average amount of yield and does light intensity effect how quickly they will grow as well?

Thanks!

My only hydro system if for my mother (just one 5 gallon bucket) I started the seed in rockwool just like the rest of them then once it was rooted I stuck it in the hydroton pellets. never had any rockwool in the bucket. not saying its the best way (dont do a lot of hydro) but it works Just fine! my mother has been alive for 7 months now and given me over 150 clones

Plain water. Keep rockwool in bucket of adjusted PH water over night before planting seed

get a small little bio dome thats capable of holding 30+ seed plugs, and buy at your gardening store "seed starting plugs", put them in the plug an into the biodome spray the walls of it and add water to the plugs and in 1 week they should be 3-4 inches or so tall and you can keep them in there for two weeks and then transplant into the rock whool grow blocks and you should be set.

So will I need to soak rockwool in water then plant the seeds.
When do i start putting nutes in my reservoir and do i need to switch on my lights at this point?

are these lights
(3) cfl 2700k 65watts
(1) cfl 6400k 65watts
enough to grow 2-4 plants as well?

I place my presoaked rockwool cubes in a small bubbler container i made. The water is about 1/2" below the rockwool cubes and keeps them well moist. Tear out a little of the rockwool, put seed in there, place the torn rockwool over the seed. On day 2 it would sprouting out.

After roots drop through the rockwool and into the water, continue to grow until you think they need to start nutrients. At that time I place the rockwool cube in a 6" netpot, fill with hydroton, and thats where they live out their life.

Once I get the seeds can I immediately put it into my hydroton rock medium and feed it water with the lights turned on?

If you are using CFL's, I would use as many 6500k's as I could get for vegging. When you switch to flower, use more 2700k's than 6500k's because the plants like the red light for blooming.

For example in my setup I use 10 6500k's and 2 2700k's for vegging and 6 2700k's and 2 6500k's for flower. The only reason I only use six 2700ks during flower is because the red light seems to be warmer and it is tough to keep the box under 90 degrees.
