Man I'm glad I don't have to worry that crap anymore...but I'd rather be able to walk 5 feet without falling instead of smoking legal herb. ( crushed spine..parachute accident Desert Storm.)

But the cops around here don't care anymore....the only way they will bother you is if you are growing outside.

There are 14 apartments in my building....10 have MMJ...and 6 grow ( including me ). We doubled our electric bill in one year...lol

Landlord doesn't care.( He's actually seen my plants...I think he might have used to partake)..there is actually an addendum to new tenant leases that states if you are growing you have to pay an extra 15 a month to cover electric...I can live with that.

And if the law is ever struck down or repealed I will continue to grow regardless....lets see them drag a severely disabled vet into court for a few plants...

Our sister town of Colorado Springs has a population of 300k...and has 214 MMJ stores..

Life is good here...

the police cannot obtain a search warrant that will stand up in court for something like your electricity bill. police get search warrants bassed on a variety opf pieces of "evidence" which all link in with each other. you will get a noise complaint from a loud fan long long before you get a search warrant...

people really need to know their rights.

Agreed, i myself was worried about silly things like police helicopters and such, did a spot of reading and research and now i know where i stand, sod FLIR, i could place a dozen 1Kw lights in the attic and run them throughout the night, that alone would not give the police a valid warrant (in the UK at least) in the same way power, buying from a hydro store etc. It all needs to add up together. Just imagine how many court cases there would be for compensation over mental trauma and damaged property if the police could knock down every door they thought was a little warm or because they used more electricity than the average joe. In one bedroom i use more power than the average house, not flat, house, i'm absolutely fine doing so (although now i can't pay my bills i'm not quite so safe haha)

wow it would be total chaos .. and the general public would get revolted especially parents of young kids, relatives of vets, a big bunch of very winy people would diss the police and blame them for not putting attention on the cartels and the 4 tons of coke that get into the states EVERY DAY on average source : wikipedia page about COCAINE.. I just hate coke its useless and takes peoples souls away

PS I hate all chemical psychoactive shit.. its supposed to be erased from this planet's existence...
I love all the natural little things tho : Salvia, Peyote, ayahausca, shrooms, am I right or am I right!?

yeh bro but its effects are totally different from the ones you would get from weed or its concentrated form (hash).. or any other ones I named.. they are so peaceful and make you relax and make spiritual discoveries... contrary of coke all you want to do is fight people.. on opiates forget about doing anything but fuck and the drawback is intolerable.. you actually feel physical pain is what I heard.. mush, weed, salvia , ayahausca.. not physically addictive when Opiates and Coke actually are..

and for the extasy lovers out there I would suggest looking into khat its a herb that comes from Yemen mostly and is chewed, brewed, is most potent in its "fresh" form but can also be dried... you chew chew chew and boom you're on an extasy trip but its way more natural and much natural.. I love having multicultural friends :)

Even BEFORE all that just maybe take 200$ and call a REPUTABLE lawyer and book an interview.. be smart about what you tell him.. he's not stupid and knows pretty-much why you are there.. they really enjoy it when you give them 200$ instead of a 45$ consultation fee .. let's say you get into a more "personal" relationship.. so when you get arrested at 3AM in the morning you call him on his cellphone and his there.. this will make you feel so much more secure trust me..
