How to Foliar feed?

Hey I was wondering if anybody could explain the process of Foliar feeding. What to use ? How to Do it ?. im currently growing in Fox Farm Ocean Forest and using fox farm Nuts. with a 400watt

basicy just spraying the plant down with whatever nutes you are using.... first and formost make sure ur nutes are properly mixed throw them in a spray bottle of your choosing and spray thoes suckers down, just remember to spray both on top and on the bottom of the leafs specialy the fan leafs, and watch your roots grow my fella

So when you are Foliar feeding, you also feed the plants its regular watering with nuts too?

The best product IMO is liquid light from dutch master combined with saturator.
