Ya that shit funny, i may be new to growing but i aint no dummy!! i just trying to learn the best way just like everyone else did when they was first learning.

the best curing poss= after trimming cut and hang by the branch at 50% RH for 12 to 15 days in dark space with good air flow but not blowing on the flowers. once flowers are dry enough for the branch to make a snap cut flowers into turkey baking pan( foil baking pans have a residue on them that will allow any resin to be collected without sticking to the pan) and then place in curing jar. The bud will seem dry when it goes into the jar then 12 hrs later open jar and flowers will be moist again.( fill jar full but do not compress) over the next week open cure jar at least one time daily. transfer flowers into storage jars in set amounts( ie 1 to 4oz jars) set aside your head stash then keep jars closed and only open once or twice a week for the next 2 months. From then on do not open jars. The most desired cure is mostly personal preference but most people really enjoy a good 4 to 6 month cure. The whole time they are in the jars they are curing. some say a one year cure is optimal. the flowers get much better over time and the last thing you want is to spend all that time and effort to cure it to quick and ruin your quality. good luck mate

use clothes hangers to hang the branches and when you make your cut leave a hook so the branch can hang. if you lay your flowers on a screen they will be flat on once side. not the best bag appeal. the lower the humidity the faster they need to go into the curing jar.

harshI'll add Jorge Cervantes' method of speed drying. While NOTHING beats the taste of an evenly dried and cured nug - by a long shot, there is something you can do if you're dying to get a feel for potency.
1)Take your nug and place it on a ceramic plate; kitchen plate.
2)Cover with a few pieces of paper towel or something similar like unscented tp.
3)Place your precious buds in the microwave
4)Pelt it with microwaves on high for 8 seconds.
5)Remove and fan dry the bud/s with a piece of cardboard, etc, etc.
6)Wipe off water on plate that has accumulated from the bud
Repeat quickly until bud doesn't leave any more water on the plate.
I usually repeat this 10-15 times for a few grams of dried bud. Trichomes will not burst and the flavor is acceptable.

my way . the way that makes them stink so bad . even in a baggy . when bill job bob is trying to hide the weed from the cops when he gets pulled over . the cop can smell it for an entire mile and the car will stink for a week. this is what you want . ok first . mine is dry in the flower room 12/.12 lights buttttttt . the light is weak where the net is . light strong light can hurt thc . from what I have read in books. ok cut a branch about 4 or or 6 inches long or how long that bud is . but if possible about 4 or 5 inches so it drys more fast and this tactic still works very well . and then hang them or place on a screen or dry net. let them dry like that . in temps from 75 to 85 f with humidity the best for smell buds what I have learned . 30 to 35 %humidity . and yes a fan should be in the room not blowing directly onto your buds but onto the sides . so there is always fresh air . to prevent mold . then once the buds are ALMOST 100 % dry like 90 % dry its time to trim those buds up HAND TRIM ONLY my method . and you will have the most sexy most stinky buds you ever seen . your friends will ask ya damn how did you do this . in real grow operations . there are 3 rooms veg flower clone . cant dry in the veg or in the clone room its impossible . so only room left is the living quarters , and buds there is not going to happen . the old lady will not let you fuck her for a week from that , joke . so only place for them is in the flower room. or the garage with 0 zero . security . so again . they are going to be in the flower room. in the corner . if your pumping 1000 watt light and you could grow in that corner the light is way to strong . there should be shade or hang a blanket to darken it some .

for got to mention . I never bother to cure it. it stinks so bad any ways. and the smoke is smooth . this way give it a smoke before you cure. odds are you will be very happy with it. around here we don't have time for the cure . it already has a home in one of my patents lungs lol . never heard any body bitch .. except once I mixed up clean water with nutrient water so t never got flushed that was harsh .

Hang dry them until crisp on the out side when u. squeeze still should feel moist now ready for brown paper bags until dry further when dry then jars for anweek n a half

There's also a method of water curing that's been popping up around threads. I'm not too sure about it though, it turns your buds brownish in color and cuts some of the taste and smell out. I guess there is a few benefits though, it cures in about 7 days and doesn't stink up the place while curing due to it being in a sealed jar. Since thc is an oil, it wont harm anything while in the water.
I personally wouldn't do as your still learning your own method of regular curing. I'm just tossing it out there if you ever wanted to experiment in the future. I think I might test a bud this way myself in my next grow just to have it under my belt and for "scientific" comparison.
I wont go into detail of how to do it, there's a few different methods that are available, just google "water cured cannabis", there's also a few journals of doing both air/water side by side comparison.

Dry the buds until crisp on the outside still should feel moist in the inside..next brown paper bag the buds gonna finish the rest of drying also bringing out the hay smell and they gonna b curing and drying more until the final step.. next jars for a week, check your buds because the jar gonna make them moist again.if so just repeat brown paper bad methods for a hour or 2 then back in jars until dry most effective way trust this my 4th grow this the only way that work

what is wrong with thc bomb ? tasted great smooth . the high was all over the place body buzz to up lifting high . the crystals were all over the bud. and I did get it to turn purple with lower night temps . I was impressed .
pipe cleaners hooked to the plant and it hangs in my shed in the spring/fall and inside a closed closet in the winter, the drier the better. 2 weeks hanging and into mason jars to cure. thats my way that works for me.
