How to do this?

Ok so my plant didn't have good light and the top and the stage of bud right below it are ready and the rest of the plant isn't, so whats the best way to get the top and that stage off? and this wont hurt the plant or make the other bud stop growing right? and where should I cut it and what should I use?

Get some scissors, clean them with rubbing alcohol, cut off the finished buds where they attach to the stem. leave the unfinished stuff alone, keep in flowering mode until done.

What about he top bud that grows straight up?
