Thats what will get you a job. Walk into the flower room. Dip your finger in the res likes its a bag of coke in a cop movie. Give it a little taste... *lets it run under the tongue* huh.. not enough calcium.. 6.2 no no... 6.0ph. 1200ppm ish....
Theres someone out there like that you know... I had a dealer eye ball a QP to 112.0 before , if he got into growing he could probably pull it off

I just add water :) my plants let me know what they need. It's like anything in life, the more time you spend doing it, the easier and easier it becomes. Simplicity comes with knowledge and we all know, "knowledge is power!" like I've said before, to each their own but I know what works for me.

That might work for you now, but eyeballing mixtures can be dangerous esp. in hydro. Also, desired ppm will vary from plant to plant during different stages of flower.

Why wouldn't it work for me tomorrow in Hydro if it works for me today on a 60 plant grow? Please explain that science to me if you don't mind. LOL

You can really fuck up your plants by eyeballing the measurements.. I used to always burn the fuck out of my plants with GH nutes. I guess it all depends on the nutes because I can feed the shit out of my plants using house and garden and not really get burn, but try that with GH and you are in nute burn city.. At least in hydro. But if it works for you then awesome!

Yah certain nutes are a lot less concentrated and easier all around to use... the only time I really burned up a plant was eyeballing molasses once when I put way too much in. Pure blend and Earth Juice however, it seems like I could add as much as I want and the plants never really complain

What do you mean... there are tons of factors why being accurate in hydro is important.
Accuracy is important in almost every scenario I can think of.
A Hydro medium provides little to no buffer from any user mistakes.
Sometime the temp of nute storage can have a negative effect in a short period of time.
What about the sediment build up in the huge bottle, certain tablespoons can be more potent than others if the product is not shaken well enough before use. I completely agree that less concentrated nutes are less likely to do damage but Hacker mentioned to much mollases was almost detrimental. Most grow/bloom products can be way less forgiving on a plant than mollases.
Also, a 60 plant setup, I'm sure your running multiple strains and through experience I can tell you that some plants want more than 1800 ppm to thrive. Keeping the feeding the same for every strains is only limiting your plants capabilities.
I AM NOT SAYING YOU CANNOT USE YOUR METHOD, by all means go for it if its working.
But they are many benefits to being meticulous when gardening ESP. in a hydro setup

You ever use tap lucius?
No I just use RO. Although I haven't changed my filter in awhile and my PPMS out of it are running about 90ppm right now.

I also run soiless. I like Hydro though but for commercial production (my main focus and goal) Coco pots and beds to me seems like the best way to go.

I said before I eyeball things. I never said I don't check to see what the PPM's and Ph is. LOL. I just don't measure everything because it's kinda irrelevant and I don't typically use whats on the label.

Currently im running Botanicare CNS line and it's OK. Not great. I'll be going back to dry powders once this CNS is gone.

Look into the house and garden cocos A & B its pretty cheap if you are just running the two part system since you are kind of on a small scale commercial type grow for coco it's the shit!

I try to stick to 1 part nutes but if I go back to a 2 part i'll give it a go. I have friends using it and they like it.
