How to clean sticky scissors?

I just use a razor blade, too. Sometimes they are so sticky that I have to chunk em in the freezer for a little bit before scraping them. Having two or three pair is a must.

Plain old cheap rubbing alcohol or acetone/fingernail polish remover. I use acetone and alcohol with some powdered feldspar to clean even wickedly dirty glassware. Beats Orange Chronic in cost any day.
