How to boost my grow ? ^1st time grow

Hey i was wondering how i can boost my grow speed of my plants.. i got a nebula haze strain (60%sativa/40%indica) under a 600W philzon led, 7 nodes about 10 inches tall. i would like to get 1 oz per plant, and flip as soon as possible, any tips ?

Your light is 108 watts so you may get about 50 grams if you don't mess it up. Really too much to get into so I will just say good luck.

One more question ... can i flip now ? ... thanks for the answer , beacause some say i wouldnt get anything out of them
 
You can but it’s generally a good idea to wait to sex your plants, which means waiting for the preflowers to form at the nodes where the leafs come out. If you flip before they are mature they produce less.

How long does this take till they show sex ?
 
From what I have seen you can keep them in veg as long as you control the light time and if you train and top plants you can get more and seen lots of places say dont expect a specific amount off a plant just do your best to get the best out of each plant. I also really think your roots have no more room to make plant much bigger. remember when flipping is they double in size. I'm not sure about when they show maturity other then ppl say you can force them to show sex by going to flower light times
