The bill was introduced in Feb. and passed before your post on March 27th.. I was just joking with you.

Yea it passed through state senate on the 25th. Still, Gov. "Dick" Scott has to sing off on it. Thank god he cant stop us on Nov. 4th.

The low CBD bill did pass and Scott appears ready to sign it into law. However the restrictions are massive. The growers have to be a continuous operation (for 30 years), which limits the number of possible growers. They increased the symptoms that can be approved for usage (cancer added). Estimates from a recent newspaper article to get started is in the millions, mostly for security and indoor locations. Also it appears only 4 dispensaries for the entire state.
Amazing as one of the politicians is listed as a link to a potential grower license - how convenient for him.
Nov can't come soon enough for those who were left out of this bill by the lame FL legislators.
