How to apply Earthworm casting tea?

So I got some earthworm casting tea for free from the hydro store. my only question is, how do I apply it? do i mix it with water, they said it is only good for about 6 hours so I have 4 hours left :?. the plants are about 7 inches high.

well they had a thing there that they used to "brew" it. and when the guy handed me the jug he said it was "pretty" wattery. wish I would of asked him about it :/.

but thanx for the tip on freezing it, cause I wattered the plants yesterday and didn't want to overwater them.
