How to add Molasses?

Hi, I did a search for this and could only come up with how much to add(1-2 TBsp), not the actual process of adding it.

I was wondering how I should go about adding the molasses. I am growing outdoors and water with a 5gal bucket. So if I fill the bucket up with 4 gal of creek water, should I just add (4-8TBsp) of molasses and stir it up? Or is it better to fill up a water bottle with a more concentrated solution and warm water then shake it up and let it sit for awhile and then divide it up into the water bucket?

Thanks for the help, I thought it would be easier to get an answer in "Live Chat" but they were nothing but ass holes suggesting to just buy the expensive Sweet or Sugar Daddy and then resorted to name calling when I said I heard they are just overpriced molasses.

I would mix in a water bottle then add to the bucket. don't think it would matter much. I've been adding 4-5 tsp to my tea just before watering. only did it twice so far just getting ready to give another shot.

Dissolve the 4-8 tbl in very warm-hot water. Water bottle is fine.

Add that to the 4 gal of creek water when you fill the bucket. Swirl it around a bit and pour it on your soil.

Molasses is hard to dissolve in cold water.

Don´t think it matters exactly what route you take as long as you get the desired amount dissolved in your bucket eventually.

I put one teaspoon in a 2 liter container (1/2 gal) of room temp water that was sitting for a day or two. It seemed to dissolve really easily. I just shook the bottle good and it looked good and mixed. I just switched to the twelve hour cycle last night, so I decided to try this molasses.

What I'm not sure of is how often I add this to the water. It does make the grow room smell sweet.

I use the 1-2TBL spoon idea. I use bottled water to water, I will water it down and put 1tbl spoon in 1 bottle of water (about 10-12oz) then give each of them (4) a portion of that bottle. Dunno if thats correct, but they love it, keepin it simple.

Get a 20 ounce Coke and drink it on the way to the creek. Keep the bottle. By the time you get to the creek you'll have to pee. Put 8 spoons of molasses in the empty bottle and pee in it. Shake well and add it to the bucket with one gallon of creek water in it. Then pour 3 gallons over it. Don't worry about the pee, that's good fertilizer too.

Or just do what Wetdog said.

I've never used pee, but I've read about it. Let me know how it works.
