I would defoliate them (take off some of the big fan leaves and the shit on bottoms that dont get much light). Look up "lollipoping." What are you growing in dirt? coco? You shouldnt need to flush them, just flip your light to flower if your ready to flower and start using flowering nutes. Those girls are looking great. When you flip to flower they will still about double in size give or take so keep that in mind.

Dude you shouldnt even need to add nutes until flower that dirt is supposed to have enough precharge to get you to flower. To many nutes will lead to lockout and will really fuck your plants up. You dont need to flush plants grown in dirt. In my opinion the best thing to do is top dress a dry organic amendment that is like a 2-8-4 at the start and middle of flower. Watch a couple youtube videos on dry amendments for flowering. And by the end of flower the plant will have used up all the nutes and there is nothing to flush out.

Your plants are very green and the leaves are curling which is a sign you are at the absolute maximum tolerable level of nutrients.

I really like this stuff. Wear a mask or at least a shirt tied around your mouth/nose when using it, its literally powdered shit. its like 18$ for a 10# bag at the local grow shop. I used 5# total on 12 plants this year so its super cheap. It also has your calcium and magnesium. Its what the plants CRAVE.

Results dont lie. I use a dirt similar to FF Ocean Forest. IMG_4158.JPG

oh ok good to know I was just using the schedule it came with
Yeah you always have to keep in mind these companies make money off selling you MORE nutes whether you need them or not. A typical rule of thumb is use half what they tell you to use. With the slow release dry top dress amendments I use what they recommend because the slow release aspect of it helps keep you from shocking your plants with to much.

Your plants look very nice and I think you have been doing a great job getting them to where they are now...good work.
There is a very big difference between defoliating and lollipopping a plant...look up both before you do either and make a choice on your own...just because something works for 1 persons grow doesn't always mean it will work for you...especially on the first attempt...lol
There are many many many things to learn when it comes to growing and I'm sure you'll find out there are many many many ways to do things and many many many ways to mess up. ;) (I sure used a lot of many's there...lol)
Best of luck and happy growing. :P

Thats why i told him to look up lollipopping and yes he should look up defoliation as well.

The se are my 2 plant there in week 3 veg nutes I’m about to flush what should I do they are bushy should I trim it up
They definately look overfed, so a flush wouldnt be a bad idea. I would hold off on the defoliation till they recover from the flush, then have at it if they need it. Just dont flip to 12/12 to soon after the trimming as it will stunt growth.

Yeah good point a flush might be a good idea because of the overfeeding just to make sure you dont get nutrient lockout.

May not be overfeeding, leaf tips look fine. Something is causing that curling, cupping, and textured leaves. Should get sorted out before causing more stress, or attempting to flower
